 * Maintenance start time (HK Time): 19 Nov 2022 (Sat) 19:00
 * Maintenance end time (HK Time): 20 Nov 2022 (Sun) 19:00



During the maintenance period above, the following AIA Connect services will not
be available (includes individual policy, group insurance, MPF/ORSO/Macau MPF,
AIA Vitality*). We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. *Step counting
function and data update from linked devices will not be impacted by the system
maintenance. The data will be updated / refreshed normally once AIA Connect
service is resumed. This is an automated email – Please do not reply directly to
