Author: foamhole0 Posted On: March 6, 2023, 6:41 pm If you've ever wandered through a city and spotted tiny cell towers for 5G placed on poles for street lighting. They look like small boxes however, they're actually transmitting wireless signals from cell phone providers to your phone. The smaller ones are being replaced by the larger, purpose-built cell towers. Although they're not as visible however, they could cause problems for people. The Federal Communications Commission's Radiation Exposure Thresholds The FCC's Radiation Exposure Thresholds establish the maximum amount of time a person can be exposed to electromagnetic energy generated by wireless devices. The exposure limits are based on scientific data which prove that electromagnetic energy could be harmful to human health. The specific absorption rate (SAR) is a measure of the radiofrequency energy absorbed by tissue. cell phone radiation effects on human body 's typically 1.6 Watts per kilogram averaged over one Gram of tissue. However, because 5g transmits at higher frequencies, it has the potential to increase the intensity of energy on the skin as well as other body parts. This can lead to many possible harms, such as an increase in the development of skin conditions like dermatitis, skin cancer and cataracts. Due to the potential for negative effects of 5G radiation, PSU has chosen to set a general localized limits on power density, which is 4mW/cm2 measured over 1 cm2, but not to exceed 30 minutes, for all 5G services at 3000 GHz. This limit for localization is in line with the maximum SAR spatial-average of 1.6 W/kg, which is averaged over 1 5 grams of body tissue, at 6 GHz. The FCC's Maximum Exposure Thresholds for Maximum Exposure If you've ever used a mobile phone, you probably know that the safest location from the tower should be at least 400 meters. This is because the transmitting power of a cell tower increases dramatically the farther the tower is. While it sounds like a good idea however, people living in close proximity to towers could be more prone to health problems. For example, a study from 2014 in India found that residents who lived within 50 meters of cell towers had much more health problems than those who lived farther away from the antennas. However, this study also showed that residents who moved to areas that were further from cell towers noticed their symptoms return to normal within a few days. Studies have also shown that exposure to high frequencies of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can cause cancer, brain tumors, and other health problems. https://jenkins-mouritsen.thoughtlanes.net/do-you-want-5g-1678125213 is because radiofrequency radiation, utilized in wireless communications, can be absorbed by the body's outer layer, called the skin. This is important to understand since the skin functions as a shield against injuries caused by mechanical forces, infections by pathogenic microorganisms, and entry of toxic substances. It is also the most important organ of the human body, and is responsible for protecting other organs. The FCC's Minimum Exposure Thresholds for the Minimum Exposure The FCC's Minimum Exposure Thresholds rely on various assumptions that aren't supported by scientific research. is 5g harmful for humans and the environment include the incorrect assumption that short-term exposures to RF radiation is safe due to minimal penetration into the body (i.e. thermal heating of tissue). This assumption does not take into account the deeper penetration of the ELF components of modulated RF signals, as well as the effects on the body of short bursts generated by RF waves that are pulsed. These assumptions do not correspond with the current understanding of biological effects of RF radiation, and thus they shouldn't be considered for health protection exposure standards. Additionally, the ICNIRP and FCC are limiting their maximum exposure limits to local peak SARs based on the peak speed of spatial absorption (psSAR) that is not a reliable dosimetric instrument for determining the level of exposure to radiofrequency radiation. Particularly it is inconclusive for frequencies that exceed 6 GHz. Furthermore, psSAR has not been tested for RF radiation with co-exposure to other agents of the environment such as sunlight. In the event of interactions, RF radiation and other environmental agents could cause synergistic or antagonistic effects. This can lead to the risk of having adverse health consequences. For example, co-exposure to RF radiation with sunlight may cause an increase in the incidence of skin cancer, and may also exacerbate other skin diseases such as acne.
