THRIVE HELPED A B2C BRAND OPTIMIZE THEIR SUPPLY CHAIN

THRIVE helped a prominent B2C brand connect to a mentor who helped them optimize
their supply chain, and their drop rates. The mentor also helped them navigate
through their new produce development and launch initiatives, helping refine and
validate their marketing collaterals and position the brand better in front of
the consumer. The mentor also helped introduce them to relevant industry
connects to bolster their business and opened multiple doors for the Start-up.
The startup has doubled their revenues by the time the mentor has been
onboarded.

THRIVE HELPED A B2B BRAND REVAMP THEIR DIGITAL MARKETING

THRIVE helped a prominent B2B startup connect to a mentor who helped them define
their Digital marketing strategy. The mentor came onboard as a fractional
Digital Marketing Manager and helped setup the brand’s digital presence. They
started with defined their entire digital marketing persona, goals and spend
budgets along with Target consumers and expected RoIs. Post this, the mentor
also worked hands in glove with the brand’s digital marketing team to deliver
results on the ground. The mentor suggested vendors who could develop relevant
creatives and got Performance and brand marketing campaigns underway on various
channels, along with monitoring CPCs, CPAs and conversions and making changes to
the campaigns on a regular basis. The mentor finally helped the firm hire a
Digital CMO and a team under them and then subsequently transitioned out by

We get the contract signed and on-board the mentor. Once done - you work with
mentors to derive value as a wizard, SME / domain expert or for hiring.
5.Compensation
Equity gets pledged to the Mentors with time or when the said project is
completed.
