WHAT A GREAT VISIT!

I went into my local TSB in Plymouth City Centre to withdraw some money
yesterday. As I waited to use the ATM, I noticed a member of staff patiently
help a customer learn to use the ATM and I was struck by how rare this is now.
You cannot replace the human touch, especially for customers who are not
computer literate or find it hard to see. So hats off to Sharon and the other
members of staff for their professionalism and helpfulness. It was a pleasure to
visit the bank.

ONLINE AND BANKING VIA APP.

I bank with two other banks besides TSB, and TSB are by far the easiest to deal
with via banking app or online. In this digital age we need apps that are easy
to use, especially now that so many high street banks have closed in recent
years.

Popped in to just make an appointment to discuss savings options and was met by
a lovely helpful member of staff who advised l could wait and speak to an
advisor which l did. I waited for a short period time and was given an advisor
