MARILYN ATKINSON

Founder & President of Erickson Coaching International

BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, founder of Erickson College and originator of the
Solution-Focused and Outcome-Oriented Coaching model, actively contributed to
the emergence and expansion of Solution-Focused Psychology, NLP, and the
development of Meta Program Analysis for effective hiring and managerial
approaches worldwide. As an Industrial Psychologist she honed solution-focused
methods for multiple kinds of corporate engagements, making the tools effective
and easy for managers to use. She was a dedicated student of Milton Erickson for
years and gave his name to Erickson College. She also had the privilege to work
directly with Fritz Perls, creator of Gestalt psychology. For the past ten years
she has been developing both corporate and specialized coach training programs
(ICF ACTP The Art and Science of Coaching) that have been taught in 33
countries. A former Registered Organizational Psychologist, Marilyn is an NLP
Master Trainer and specialist in Ericksonian Communications. She began
developing formal business coach training programs in the mid 1990s. Since then
she has been helping leading global companies and leaders through Solution-
Focused and Outcome-Oriented Coaching methodologies.


MICKAËL DUFOURNEAUD

Chief Master Trainer of PCM

BIOGRAPHY

Mickaël is a process communication model® master trainers director and certifies
pcm trainers and coaches around the world. He is also a facilitator, executive
coach, supervisor. Before becoming the chief operating officer of Kahler
Communications, inc.

In 2018, Mickaël worked as a consultant at KCI and was responsible for creating,
organizing, selling, facilitating, and managing the quality of the personal
development and soft skills assessment training. In the past 12 years, Mickaël
has trained more than 10,000 people on a variety of subjects including the
process communication model, public speaking, communication management, and
leadership skills. Mickaël has also been studying comedy since he was 11 years
old, and has worked as a freelance comedian since 1997. As a drama school
graduate, he is a vocal coach with 19 years of experience as an actor, Mickaël
integrates comedy and emotional expression in his facilitations.


MIRNA RADOŠEVIĆ

BIOGRAPHY

Mirna Radošević, a master of pharmacy and a master of business marketing
management, is a successful entrepreneur who founded salveo cee, a
pharmaceutical company operating in the central and eastern european markets,
building successful brands of both prescription and over-the-counter products,
sixteen years ago.

Over the past 15 years, she has been intensely exploring her inner world and
focusing on personal and organizational development. In 2020, she decided to
take on the role of advisor for development and innovation at the Salveo CEE
group. Along her journey, Mirna developed a deep passion for leadership and the
development of organizational teams. The concept of lifelong learning plays a
crucial role in her life.

Through her works and activities, she helps others discover their full potential
using various tools such as coaching, sound therapy, points of you® workshops,
systemic organizational constellations, video podcasts, poetry, and various
methods of energy-based consciousness transformation.

training course director. Leading our international partner network, Nikki works
collaboratively with partners to build their strategy, develop their expertise
and support their clients. A key responsibility of this role is ensuring best
practice and standardising delivery of Saville Assessment solutions across the
globe.

BIOGRAPHY

Andrija Gerić is an Executive Coach and Executive HR professional at Typhoon HIL
Inc. With a unique blend of experience as a top-level athlete, Olympic gold
medalist, and four-time Olympian, he leverages his expertise from the world of
elite sports to foster the growth and development of employees and teams at
Typhoon HIL. His background in psychology, coupled with ten years of experience
as a mental coach, equips him with the skills to guide individuals and leaders
toward peak performance.

As a Mental Coach, he has delivered coaching services to over 300 athletes
across various sports, assisting them in achieving peak performance and mental
resilience. Andrija has also worked with individuals to develop mental
strategies, manage stress, and enhance self-confidence. His expertise lies in
helping managers and C-level executives from diverse industries strengthen their
leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and decision-making abilities.

Mario Krivokapic is a salesperson with over 20 years of experience in B2B sales,

serving as fractional VP, Sales with Revenue Drivers from Calgari, Canada.

Uroš’ focus in his work is the development of individuals, teams and
organizations. The tools and concepts he applies in his work come from the
integration of organizational psychology and transactional analysis. The guiding
idea is that we honestly do not know our own potentials and resources and that
barriers and obstacles in development most often come from attitudes and
beliefs, not from capacities. It is precisely this that gives him boundless
space for faith in personal development. The focus of his consulting work is on
the identity and skills of team leaders, team dynamics and various spoken and
unspoken content that governs team dynamics.

BIOGRAPHY

I am the manager of the Synergy Center, a psychotherapist and a business
psychologist.

I am nearing the end of my PhD studies which will additionally expertise me in
the application of Cognitive Behavioral Coaching. In everything I do, I use the
synergy of knowledge related to coaching psychology, psychotherapy and agile
learning, which is why our center is called exactly that – Synergy. I have
worked with many companies and helped people feel more comfortable in their own
skin, by encouraging them to set sails on the next chapter of their lives and
careers. On the other hand, companies used my knowledge to develop their
business, and top managers, entrepreneurs, team leaders and Scrum masters find
my help useful in order to develop their coaching styles in leading people. I
lead internationally recognized trainings in coaching, where people have a
chance to learn more about coaching psychology and apply it in their practice. I
have prepared leaders of different companies and politicians for public
speeches. In this particular field, I have specialized in the psychology of
public speaking and this knowledge sharing is something I really enjoy. I am a
member of the Society of Psychologists, the Union of the Serbian Psychotherapist
Associations and the International Society for Coaching Psychology in London.

Marija Pavić is the CEO of consulting firms specializing in leadership
development, H.art and Blanchard Serbia. She has been dedicated to the
development of leaders, teams, and companies for the past 20 years. She combines
her business and managerial experience with expertise in psychology. In
individual, group, and team coaching, she employs an eclectic approach,
incorporating cognitive-behavioral, Erickson and transactional methods.

She is well-known in the market for her developmental projects (100+), which
involve a combination of manager or team assessments (50+), as a precursor to
learning through live or online workshops (1000+), individual, team, or group

business theatre trainings for people development and theatre events for
companies. Supports business systems to be creative and flexible on one side,
