INTRODUCING OUR NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Dear Valued Customer,

I am delighted to tell you that I’ve been appointed the CEO of The Myers-Briggs
Company by the Board of Directors. I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead the
company at this pivotal time of growth and look forward to taking this journey
together with you. I’d also like to share some news about the recent changes
I’ve made to our executive management team, which reflect our commitment to
excellence, innovation, and delivering the highest quality service and solutions
to you.

I am pleased to introduce our new Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Martin; Chief
Experience Officer, Dayna Williams; Chief Financial Officer, Liam O’Connor; and
Chief International Markets Officer, Cameron Nott. Each of these leaders bring a
wealth of experience, deep insights, and a steadfast commitment to deploying the
best-in-class talent development solutions that will significantly enhance our
capabilities and enable us to better serve you.

Bryan Martin, Chief Operating Officer: Bryan will oversee Operations and
Technology, bringing extensive HR industry expertise in strategic partnerships,
talent management, and organizational development. He will focus on our
operational and technological capabilities.

Dayna Williams, Chief Experience Officer: With a strong background in sales
enablement and effectiveness, Dayna authored the book The Diligence Fix, a
methodical approach to improving sales performance; led sales enablement content
at ATD, and was the SELL conference producer. Her innovative approaches will
elevate our market standing and responsiveness to customer needs.

Liam O’Connor, Chief Financial Officer: Since coming to the company from OPP
Limited in 2011, Liam has managed our financial strategies, focusing on new
product development and global expansion. His role is crucial to sustaining our
financial health and supporting growth.

Cameron Nott, Chief International Markets Officer: Formerly Managing Director
for the Asia Pacific region, Cameron has been instrumental in regional expansion
efforts and customer development initiatives. A registered psychologist, he will
focus on operational efficiencies that will enhance our global service delivery.

Each of these leaders share my commitment to excellence and a passion for
driving our company forward. Their diverse experiences and innovative approaches
will bring a dynamic edge to our strategic initiatives, ensuring we remain at
the forefront of our industry and continue to deliver exceptional value to you.

As we welcome Bryan, Dayna, Liam and Cameron to the executive management team,
