Are the survey accounts truly unlimited?
Of course! You can make as many surveys, with as many questions, and gather as
many responses as you would like. We are up for the challenge, so try as you
may, but you'll still find that there are NO LIMITS!
Can I renew my student account?
As long as you are a current student and can provide proof with a current
Student ID card, you may contact renewals@zipsurvey.com with your account
username and attach a copy of your latest ID. We will gladly extend your account
for an additional 6 months.
Do you provide consultation services for creating surveys?
ZipSurvey™ is designed to be both a do-it-yourself survey application, and a
survey research platform for our customers with more complex survey research
needs. ZipSurvey™ is one of the only applications to be supported by a
full-service management consulting firm, Reliant. The consultants at Reliant are
Ph.D. level industrial/organizational psychologists, and are experts in survey
and assessment research.

Can I export my survey results?
Absolutely. Raw data is owned by you, and is never "held captive" by Reliant.
With the click of a button, data can be exported to Microsoft Excel, Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Crystal Reports, or any other database
program. If you require higher order analyses such as correlations, multiple
regressions, or factor analysis, Reliant's Ph.D. level consultants are fully
