TELUS home Internet 15 or faster plans. A $10/month discount will be
applied to the Home Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the
eligibility requirements are met). Eligibility for TV plans may vary by
customer address. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by
a TELUS representative. Offers subject to change without notice. Available
to residential customers who have not subscribed to Internet and Optik TV
in the past 90 days. For customers signing up on a 24 months term, the
Internet and Optik TV rate plan price is guaranteed to remain the same for

apply. TELUS reserves the right to modify channel lineups and packaging
without notice. HDTV input equipped-television required to watch HD. Final
eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative.
Downgrading to Optik TV Basics after accepting a promotional offer will
trigger the cancellation fees associated with the promotion and the free
installation and equipment rental. A cancellation fee applies to the early
termination of your internet and Optik TV service agreement, which will be
the sum of $720, declining by $30 for every month of Internet and Optik TV
service and reducing to $0 at the end of your 2 year term. If you cancel
your internet service but keep Optik TV, the internet service cancellation
fee is $360 declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at the end of
your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition
upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be
charged to the account. Maximum speeds require optimal network conditions
on a wired connection. Internet access speeds may vary depending on
location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable
network management or server configurations. Concurrent data streams,
including combinations of uploads and downloads, may be required to access
maximum speeds. Maximum speeds may not be achievable using a single device.
3. Netflix Standard plan ($16.49/mo value) is included at no extra cost with
select TELUS Optik TV packages. Netflix Premium plan ($20.99/mo value) is
available for an additional $4/mo charge with select TELUS Optik TV
packages. Netflix existing account or new account activation required. This
offer, Netflix plans and pricing subject to change.
4. Offer subject to change without notice. Available to residential customers
who have not subscribed to TELUS TV or Internet in the past 90 days.
One-time $50 activation fee applies to all new orders of Internet services,
except orders placed on telus.com. $100 bill credit, only available to
online orders of Internet and Optik TV bundles on a 2-year term. Bill
credit will be applied upon order completion and will appear on your first
bill after activation. Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be
applied to pay for services charges, and carry no cash value after
deactivating your services. If service is cancelled within 90 days, any
credits will be reversed and the amount will be charged to you in addition
to any applicable cancellation fees. Credit provided is discretionary and
includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of
supply) therefore the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax.
For example, a $10 discretionary credit towards Internet service offered in
BC includes $0.62 PST and $0.45 GST, meaning the credit value displayed
will be $8.93. The $0.62 PST and $0.45 are captured as reductions in the
amount of tax charged on your balance owing. For more information and

5. Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ agreement
(0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
PaymentⓇ balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ balance due upon
termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra. Device purchased on the
Bring it Back program must be returned in good working condition or you
will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program
amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good
working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is
returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on
the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back
Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term.
Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility
service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
6. Offer ends May 2nd, 2023. Offer is subject to change at TELUS’ sole
discretion and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. “Get up to $680
when you trade in your old device for a new Samsung S23 ” offer based on
customers trading in a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB (valued at $340 in
good condition) with a $340 trade-in bonus. $340 trade-in bonus for
customers who trade in a device with a minimum value of $25, and activate
or renew on a Samsung S23 series smartphone on a 2 year Easy Payment plan.
Bonus is applied in addition to the trade-in value of eligible device.
Devices traded online will receive Trade-in value in bill credits. Devices
traded through a prepaid return shipping label will receive a prepaid
virtual Mastercard within 10-15 business days of their device being
evaluated. Limit of one trade in per customer. Trade-in value will be
confirmed upon in-store evaluation. In-store trade in credits have no cash
value, are non-transferable and can only be used when activating or
renewing service in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the
time of the trade in. Products purchased using in-store trade in credits
cannot be returned for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade
in transfers all rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC and waives any
claim against TELUS or HYLA Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the
trade in program. The HYLA Mobile ULC trade in program is available in
Canada only and may be cancelled at any time without notice. Trade-In value
is dependent on the condition of the device being traded in.
7. The $50 savings is a waiving of our $50 connection fee. Offer applicable
online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie.
tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to
Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business,
Corporate or EPP account types.
8. Available to TELUS Mobility customers who purchase qualifying TELUS Home
Services product(s). A $10/mo. discount will be applied to the Home
Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the eligibility requirements are
met). Offer subject to change without notice, while quantities last and
cannot by combined with promotional prices. All prices do not include
applicable taxes. $0 Unlimited data offer is only available to customers
signing up on a 2 year internet service agreement. Regular pricing
(currently $20 for Unlimited Data add-on) applies at month 25. Minimum
system requirements apply. TELUS reserves the right to modify channel
lineups and packaging, and regular pricing, without notice. 4K HDR
television required to watch 4K HDR. Optik 4K PVR and Internet 50 or above
required to watch 4K HDR on Optik. Subscription to corresponding channels

any credits will be reversed and the amount will be charged to you in
addition to any applicable cancellation fees. Card is issued by Peoples
Trust Company pursuant to license by Visa Int. Trademark of Visa
International Service Association and used under license by Peoples Trust
Company. No cash access or recurring payments. Card valid for up to 12
months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Card terms and
conditions apply. Cards will be shipped 30 days after the installation of
internet service. A cancellation fee applies to the early termination of
your internet and Optik TV service agreement, which will be the sum of
$720, declining by $30 for every month of Internet and Optik TV service and
reducing to $0 at the end of your 2 year term. If you cancel a single
service (Optik TV or Internet), the service cancellation fee is $360
declining by $15 per month and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment
term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation
of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account.
Additional cancellation fees will be charged on the promotional gift
received which will be the sum of $400, declining by $16.66 for every month
of Internet service and reducing to $0 at the end of your commitment
period. If all services are cancelled early, total fee will be $1120 ($720
for service cancellation plus $400 for Visa pre-paid card cancellation)
declining by $46.66 per month and reducing to $0 by the end of your
commitment term. Applicable taxes not included.
9. For every successful referral made between April 21, 2023 to June 30, 2023,
we will plant 1 tree, up to a maximum of 1000 trees (500 for Mobility
activations and 500 for Home Solutions activations). Referral process must
be completed in its entirety (referrals must be sent, claimed, activated
and completed) between April 21 and June 30, 2023. No tax receipts will be
provided for any trees planted as a result of a successful referral through
the TELUS Refer-A-Friend Program.
