Upper Namring Tea Estate is situated at an altitude of 3500 feet. Located just
an hour and a half from our facility, we have traveled to this estate to sample
these delicate, tender AV2 Clonals fresh. Light-bodied, pleasant with floral
notes of lilies and geranium, this cup is an incredible experience of Darjeeling

Eminently floral; redolent of white lily, geranium with hints of raw mango and
muskmelon
APPEARANCE

TASTE
The liquor is light-bodied, immensely smooth and tipped with fresh floral
attributes. Aromatic floral notes; reminiscent of white lilies and geranium can
be perceived right at the start which gradually intensify and give the cup a
sweet, floral character. Subtle undertones of raw mango interlaced with fresh
tropical fruits akin to muskmelon come through around the edges and towards the
back, complementing the exquisite floral aromatics of the liquor. Invigorating
accents of spring sap can be picked up in the aftertaste; making for a memorable
experience. The second steep brings forth delectable flavors of raw mango and is
recommended with ice for a truly sublime experience.

I am very happy to be able to talk about tea through the mail like this. I found
on your site the Upper Namring Spring Black after your recommended mail. So I
believed in your recommendation and bought. Even if it was 10 dollars more
expensive than other sites. Actually I've never drank First Flash that year’s It
literally means my “first flush” The first experience was tremendous. The leaves
are fresh and too many golden tips and pekoes. And the tasting is feeling close
to white tea. Floral scents such as rose, jasmine, hyacinth, and delicate muscat
scents And the intense sweetness made the sugar cane feel and above all, I was
fascinated by the cool(minty)and simple taste end. I've never known about Upper
Namring Garden. But now I am so satisfied and love it. I'm also sharing this
best Darjeeling with my friends. My friends also like it very much. We are so
happy with Darjeeling❣ Thank you for sending such a good tea. Delivery was fast
and safe, and the gift tea was good also. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the note. Well, it didn’t smell up too much in dry form (I enjoy the
dry smell) but it was luscious and juicy as soon as the water hit it. Made my
mouth water lifting the first cup. I’m not an expert in these matters but I
enjoyed it greatly - a very special taste and I was quite pleased to drink
something so newly prepared. The one downside is that the tea was a bit cloudy I
would say. So for the next pot, I will wash the leaves with a quantity of hot
water and see if it improves the final condition. Best wishes for continued
success at the company - I like the products a lot

You find me drinking the tea Ravi, and it is indeed very wonderful. My favorite
first flush has been Ambootia, which I discovered years ago at Marriage Freres
in the Beaux-Arts district of Paris, and I have not tried Upper Namring before;
but it is just as you describe and a fine celebration of spring. I will continue
drinking it through the spring here in St. Louis MO. I tried Teabox because your
teas are so fresh, and I have been always delighted. Someday I hope to visit
Darjeeling.

This tea is light yet full of flavor and reminded me of a white tea. Freshly
floral with a kick of lemon, this tea is almost buttery in how smooth it is.
This is my new favorite!

You cannot say this tea is not aromatic! It is quite unique, giving you
coriander and flowers in your mouth. Again, Upper Namring is showing very
specific teas that you cannot find in other gardens!

I'd suggest this to be one of those occasions to relaxing with a tv show or even
reading a book outside with cause it has that very classic taste to it. Not very
sweet but it was fresh and amazing when outside enjoying it. Suggest not to over
steep it, the flavor can get very bold and might need to be put in a bigger cup.
All in all a great tea worth trying.
