* WHAT...HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 7 INCHES. NORTH
WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 30 TO 35 MPH.
* WHERE...PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST ILLINOIS AND EAST CENTRAL, NORTHEAST AND
SOUTHEAST IOWA.
* WHEN...FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY.
* IMPACTS...PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS. THE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS COULD
IMPACT THE THURSDAY MORNING AND EVENING COMMUTE.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...WITH TEMPERATURES WELL BELOW FREEZING AND STRONG WINDS
THERE WILL BE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF THE FLUFFY SNOW.
