IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TROGARZO® (IBALIZUMAB-UIYK),
EGRIFTA SV ® (TESAMORELIN), AND COVID-19 PANDEMIC.


 * The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) issued on Friday March 20,
   2020 Interim Guidance for COVID-19 and Persons with HIV which can be found
   HERE in which they highlighted the need for continuity of care1.
 * Our primary objective at Theratechnologies is to ensure the health of Persons
   with HIV and the continuity of care for any patient in need of TROGARZO® and
   EGRIFTA SV ® during the COVID-19 period. We are here to assist you and your
   team in any way that we can.
    * For persons with advanced or poorly controlled HIV that require additional
      caution during COVID-19, every step has been taken to assure these new
      TROGARZO® patients will be taken care of.
    * For persons who require to start EGRIFTA SV ® during COVID-19, every step
      has been taken to assure these new patients will be taken care of.
    * For current TROGARZO® and EGRIFTA SV ® patients, we are fully prepared for
      the changing needs that COVID-19 might cause.
       * Should you have any question related to related to our products, we are
         here to help through THERA patient support® (1-833-238-4372, Mon-Fri
         8:30 a.m - 8 p.m). We provide support regarding infusion locations,
         injection training, insurance coverage analysis and co-pay assistance.
       * If a provider or a person with HIV becomes aware of a need to change
         infusion location for TROGARZO®, THERA patient support® needs to be
         informed as soon as possible in order to evaluate what is possible in a
         timely manner.

 * Rest assured that we presently have enough inventory, here in the U.S., for
   all currently prescribed TROGARZO® and EGRIFTA SV ® patients during the next
   12 months. In addition, the production is not affected for TROGARZO® and
   EGRIFTA SV ® at this stage by the COVID-19 situation.
