FOCUSING ON WHAT MATTERS MOST TO RESIDENTS

We introduced a new way of working on Monday 1 July to improve the service you
receive from us. For some of you, the changes will mean you’ll have a new local
officer with different contact details. If we have an up-to-date email address
for you, you should have received an email with details.

ALLOCATIONS AND LETTINGS POLICY

Our allocations and lettings policy sets out how we let our homes in a fair and
transparent way. To align with legislation and best practice from across the
sector we will no longer consider requests to reclassify a bedroom, an approach
that was adopted by Notting Hill in 2015 and then Notting Hill Genesis in 2018.

Report a repair

The easiest way to report a routine repair is online via My Account.

For heating and hot water issues, you can request repairs directly with the
relevant contractor.

If your repair is an emergency, please contact us on 020 3815 0000 and select
option 1.

Emergency repairs are situations where there is a danger to life and limb, major
damage to your home, flooding or major electrical faults.
