<p>Personal data is processed in order to conduct an Customer Feedback and analyse its results. The basis for this is the provision of consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) sentence 1 a) GDPR. Consent to participate in
Customer Feedback is given voluntarily and can be withdrawn at any time, effective going forward.</p>

<p>Personal data is not processed for other purposes.</p>
<h4>3. Who is given access to my data?</h4>

<p> To conduct Customer Feedback and analyse its results, Levitronix uses Inworks GmbH as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Inworks GmbH also hosts the web platform on which the employee survey is conducted. The
requisite agreements under data protection law have been concluded in this respect and the necessary technical and organisational safeguards regarding data protection and data security are in place. </p>
<h5>3.2 Other referrals</h5>
<p> Your personal data is not transmitted to a third company or international organisation, nor is there any intention to do so. </p>
<h4>4. How long will your data be stored for?</h4>
<p>Where necessary, we will process and store your personal data, but only for as long as is necessary to achieve our objectives.<br> Once Customer Feedback has been completed, its findings will be sent in fully anonymised
form as part of a report to Levitronix, in order to make positive use of the knowledge that has been gained.</p>
<h4>5. To what extent does any automated decision making take place (including profiling)?</h4>
<p>Levitronix does not use any automated processing operations, including profiling, to bring about a decision on the establishment and implementation of a contractual relationship (Article 22 GDPR). Should we use these
procedures in rare, individual cases, you will be informed separately of this if this is prescribed by law.</p>
<h4>6. Which data protection rights do I have?</h4>
<p>Each data subject has the right to:</p>
