Heating Air Conditioning (HVAC) Service Technician

Job description:
A2Z Heating & Plumbing is immediately hiring a motivated and experienced HVAC
Technician for the North Liberty and surrounding areas. This is a first shift
opportunity, working 40 hours per week + overtime (when applicable). The pay
rate is based on experience and skill level (est. $25 – $35 / Hour).

Job Scope:

 * Diagnose, repair or Install HVAC units – commercial and residential
 * Duct cleaning, dryer boxes, dryer pipe, exhaust fans, boots, and flex
 * Minor repairs
 * Troubleshoot complex Mechanical System
 * Repair/replace defective parts and equipment

Requirements:

 * Valid driver’s license
 * Prefer 2 years of college/trade school
 * 2+ years of on-the-job experience
 * Knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
 * Good communication skills and experience working on a team
 * Public contact / customer service experience

Company Details:

Family-owned and operated business in North Liberty, Iowa, since 2003.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm: overtime as needed
