The Chemistry of YOGa
Join the New York ACS for this fun, healthy, and educational event, where we
come together and celebrate our life energy!  Yoga is more than twisting and
turning - it is awareness of the breath, concentration, meditation, a look
within.

Place:   Pace University, Gym and Bianco Room

This event is FREE, but registration is required for all - including children.

Micro-plastics: Macro-Problem?
Join the Long Island Subsection's Frances S. Sterrett Environmental Chemistry
Symposium to hear up-to-date, factual scientific information about the issue of
microplastics in the environment.   Seven speakers will talk about microplastics
from a variety of perspectives in the day-long symposium at Hofstra University
