PRODUCTS

Apple Gears manufacture custom gears on a supply complete or gear cut only basis
to customer's drawings or sample specifications, from one offs to batch
production.

This includes manufacture of the following types: - Spur and Helical gears,
Splined Shafts, Gear Racks and Pinions, Worms and Wheels, Straight Bevel gears,
gear box & gearbox assemblies, miniature & small gears and bespoke gears to
specification.

In addition we offer a full machine shop facility to include: - Turning,
Milling, Wire and Spark Eroding, Grinding and Keying
