CHANNEL MANAGER (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•    In your new position you will develop, implement, and monitor channel
strategies, plans and processes to ensure profitable channel growth.
•    You work in close cooperation with Sales and Service (customers, suppliers)
and internal (local Sales & PM, headquarters) networks. 
•    You prepare reports and management decisions for the Director of Sales and
Business Development.
•    You drive, motivate and support the channel to achieve maximum performance
and commitment in a changing environment.
•    The establishment of guidelines to promote and achieve the mindset and
vision of the sales organization to push for target achievements and beyond
belongs to your tasks.
•    You lead internal projects (Channel platform) to develop the channel
according to given targets.
•    Localize corporate-created seasonal content, assets, and campaigns to
deploy with commercial partners and direct-to-market
•    Undertake partner capability assessments based on their go-to-market
ability, in order to co-develop improvement plans
•    Monitor partner sites for online execution compliance and offline channel
marketing build - create strategies to address opportunities and gaps
•    Stay up-to-date on the B2B marketing trends, platforms, behaviors, and
tools to develop innovative methods and marketing ideas




ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

You will be part of the Sales and Business Development Organization at Agile
Robots AG (Germany). As Channel Manager you are responsible for developing our
fast-growing Channel Sales and helping us to implement key priorities and
opportunities across our commercial partners, OEM´s and System Integrators. In
close collaboration with our Marketing and HR department, you are developing
(in-house and online) training and materials for our own employees, customers,
and channel partners. You are managing and developing our 3rd party training
channel to grow our market share and be an important part of our success story.

YOUR PROFILE

 * You are fluent in English and German
 * Bachelor preferred
 * +5 years experience in Channel Management/ Indirect Sales
 * Technical background in Automation or machinery industry needed
 * Independent, thorough and team-oriented describes your daily work
 * You are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and supportive
