TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PURCHASE

All purchases of tickets are final, and no refunds will be given, except as
required by law or as otherwise stated herein. All charges for tickets are due
in full at the time of purchase.


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

In the event of cancellation by the organizers for any reason, a full refund of
the ticket price will be provided. Refunds will be processed using the same
method of payment used for the purchase of the tickets. Please allow for up to
30 days for the refund to be processed.


EVENT CONDUCT

Attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is appropriate and respectful
to all other attendees and staff. We reserve the right to remove any Attendee
who is deemed to be behaving inappropriately.


MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the Event, you give your express consent to be captured in photos,
videos, and other multimedia formats by the organizers or their authorized
representatives ("Media"). You grant the organizers a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and
create derivative works from the Media, in any current or future media, for the
purpose of promoting and documenting the Event.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether
occurring before, during, or after the Event. The organizers will not be liable
for any injury, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay, or any direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary damages or any kind
including, without limitation, lost profits or lost savings, whether based in
contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any
way connected with any use of this site or content found herein.


AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and the amended Terms
will be posted on our website. By continuing to attend the Event after changes
are made, you are agreeing to the revised Terms.
