echo my joy and passion—Pinkie Pi, Ponka Po, Izzy. These names, derived from
characters that symbolize happiness, resilience, and friendship, reflect the

November 25, 2019. That day marked the beginning of an era, the day I proudly
embraced my identity as a Brony. It's been a voyage of self-discovery, of

A VOYAGE THROUGH TIME: MY TRANSFORMATION

For over a decade, since 2009, my life has been a battleground where I fought
valiantly against depression and mental instability. What was the source of this
turmoil, you ask? It began in 2010 when I discovered the world of Furries, drawn
in by the magnetic allure of anthropomorphic animals. Yet, as captivating as
this world was, it presented its own set of challenges in forming meaningful
connections.

Fast forward to 2019, a pivotal year when the pieces of my puzzle began to fit.
It was then that I found a true companion in Kokyslav, a friend whose value is
beyond measure. But let's not forget the role of "My Little Pony: The Movie," a
film that introduced me to a community where I would finally feel at home, where
I would become a proud Brony.


THE PATH OF KINDNESS AND GROWTH

Having navigated through storms, I realized that harboring anger and lashing out
at the world was a fruitless endeavor. I chose a different route—one paved with
kindness, openness, and understanding. This path led me to forge connections
with souls like Kokyslav, GuiHuiZui, Mking, Painsttz, and Flowernal—individuals
who propelled me towards growth and self-improvement.

A mantra that has been my guiding light through these times is profound in its
simplicity yet deep in meaning: "Never judge a book by its cover. The true
essence of a person lies within. True friends see beyond the superficial,
cherishing the content of one's character above all else. Like a timeless book,
a true friend is a treasure for eternity."


EMBRACING MY TRUE SELF: LESSONS IN RESILIENCE

As I stand on the threshold of my 22nd year, the quest for a kindred spirit
continues. Despite the challenges, the bullying, and the judgment faced for
being a Brony, my resolve remains unshaken. My identity is built on the pillars
of kindness, generosity, loyalty, and honesty—values instilled in me by the
world of MLP, a hidden gem that has taught me more about life than I could have
ever imagined.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to creators like Jack DC93, Argodaemon, and
musical geniuses Porter Robinson & Madeon. Their works, "Shelter [PMV],"
"Remembrance," and "Shelter," have been lighthouses, illuminating the
misconceptions and guiding me towards invaluable life lessons.
