ALPHA-LIPOIC ACID (90 MILLIGRAMS PER SERVING)

Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a molecule produced by the body and found in several
foods, including yeast, liver, kidney, spinach, broccoli, and potatoes. It acts
as an antioxidant and can increase the activity of other antioxidants by
influencing a protein known as Nrf2.[9]

Research shows that supplementation with alpha-lipoic acid supports levels of an
antioxidant known as glutathione in the body, which occurs in all cells and is a
primary defense against oxidative damage.[10][11]

It’s also known to support mitochondrial function and can improve the function
of neurons in those with diabetes.[12][13][14]

The clinically effective dose of ALA is between 400 and 600 milligrams for
improving diabetic neuropathy.

We chose to include 90 milligrams per serving because although it’s not enough
to treat diabetic neuropathy, that wasn’t our intention. Instead, we wanted to
include ALA to provide general health benefits as well as amplify the effects of
CoQ10, which is also in Triumph, and 90 milligrams accomplishes this.

GRAPE SEED EXTRACT (200 MILLIGRAMS PER SERVING)

Grape seed extract is a substance derived from the ground-up seeds of red wine
grapes that has long been used in European medicine because it contains a
powerful antioxidant known as procyanidin B2.

Incan civilization.

It contains several types of molecules known as alkaloids, which cause a number
of positive effects in the body and are responsible for maca’s beneficial
effects.

effect, which, alongside tribulus terrestris, could be quite significant.

TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS (500 MILLIGRAMS PER SERVING)

Tribulus terrestris is an herb that has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine to
promote male sexual wellness, health, and virility.

It contains molecules known as saponins, which can mimic the effect of various
steroid hormones in the body.

Studies show that tribulus terrestris doesn’t improve testosterone levels in
men, as is often claimed, but interestingly, does support female sexual health
and well-being.[29][30]

That’s why research shows that supplementation with tribulus terrestris benefits
women experiencing diminished sex drive, including those experiencing
menopause.[31][32]

The clinically effective dose of tribulus terrestris is between 500 and 750
milligrams, depending on saponin content.

VITEX AGNUS-CASTUS (63 MILLIGRAMS PER SERVING)

Vitex agnus-castus (also known as chasteberry) is a shrub native to the
Mediterranean and Central Asia.

Research shows that supplementation with vitex agnus-castus alleviates and can
even mostly eliminate side effects of menstruation including cramping, breast
tenderness, headaches, anxiety, and irritability.[33][34][35][36][37]

The clinically effective dose of vitex agnus-castus is between 150 and 250
milligrams of dry fruit.

Quality nutrients to get energy back

My decision to try this vitamins as a way to get not only basic nutrients, but
get my energy level at par with my exercise routine was proven correct. Aside
from the daily dose of pills (8 is on the higher side, but honestly quite
manageable), this product is great. It also does not make me nauseous unlike
other vitamins. Will buy again for sure.

There aren't any stimulants in Triumph so it shouldn't cause any issues.

Thanks for reaching out to us!!

Looking at the sessions from people on the site most of the customers who
visited skipped over all of that information and felt it was "too much" and
become overwhelmed from all the info.

We decided to meet in the middle and if you click "ingredients" it still has the
more rare ingredients and the dosages on there, but for the typical vitamins and
minerals, we removed that information since if you're eating a healthy,
well-balanced diet, chances are you won't need a ton of those extra vitamins and
minerals, so we put them all under one drop down to help save some space on the
page!

How do I use Triumph?

Take 4 capsules, two times daily, with meals. For optimal results, take every

What type of effects should I notice when I take Triumph?

The type of effects you should notice when you take Triumph are noticeable
improvements in energy and mood, lower stress levels, more mental clarity and
focus, and better recovery from workouts. Triumph can benefit your body in a

8 caps per day!? Why, Mike, why!?

Eight caps per day is the serving size because when we were researching Triumph,
we saw how much better we could make the product by increasing the dose to 8
pills per day. We wanted to create a multivitamin supplement unlike any other on
the market and a smaller serving size just didn't cut the mustard.

What does the Prop65 warning on the label mean?

The Prop65 warning on the label means the product contains one of 900 chemicals.
The product is still safe to use and has the label because California's
Proposition 65 goes well beyond the safe levels set by the Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and requires
the label by law (even when the chemical is found in trace amounts). You should
not be concerned about it and don't need to be worried--Triumph is completely
safe. Just because a product bears the Prop 65 label doesn’t mean it’s dangerous
(for instance, just two servings of tuna puts you well over the Prop65 limit for
