POLICIES

Attire Policy:

Clients are required to wear underwear during the massage session for the
comfort and professionalism of both parties. Towels will be used to cover
clients during the session, ensuring modesty and comfort. Any attire concerns or
special requests should be communicated with the therapist beforehand.



Therapist Attire:

The therapist adhere to a professional dress code conducive to the massage
therapy session. If you have any preferences or concerns regarding therapist
attire, please communicate them with us prior to your appointment.



Inappropriate Behavior:

Any inappropriate behavior, gestures, or requests will result in immediate
termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged



Intoxicating Substances:

Consumption of intoxicating substances on the day of your appointment is
prohibited for safety reasons. Arrival under the influence will result in
cancellation of the massage, and the full fee will be charged.

Late Arrival:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate following
appointments. However, the full session fee will still apply.





Health and Safety:

If feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your
appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are concerns for
the well-being of our therapists or other clients.





Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling to
accommodate other clients.



Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the appointment or no-shows may
incur a fee of 50% of the session price to compensate for reserved time and
resources.



Emergency Situations:

Exceptions may be made for emergencies; please communicate as soon as possible
if such a situation arises.





Payment:

Payment can be made in advance through the Treatwell Platform or Revolut, or at
the venue via cash, card payment, or Revolut.





Feedback:

We welcome your feedback and encourage you to share any concerns or suggestions
after your session.
