NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS FLYING 23RD DECEMBER AND BEYOND.

To all customers currently possessing PCR test kits and flying on 23rd and 24th
December 2020: We urge and advise you to continuously track your package if you
are using the Royal Mail tracking sticker included in your test kit to confirm
that it has arrived at the lab prior to the 23rd of December. We advise you to
use a courier service to send your kit back to the lab if you want the assurance
that it arrives on time to ensure you have your Fit to Fly certificate prior to
your flight. As our service currently relies on Royal Mail, we will NOT be
processing samples after the 23rd December 2020. Royal Mail will not be
delivering kits after the 24th December 2020 and we will be discontinuing use of
this service for our Fit to Fly service after this date. We advise that if you
still have kits and intend to use them for a flight after this date that we are
recalling these kits and you should return them unopened to our Harley Street
clinic for a full refund.

IF YOU ARE UNVACCINATED AND TRAVELLING INTO THE UK YOU MUST QUARANTINE AND TAKE
A TEST ON BOTH DAY 2 AND DAY 8 AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL.

 * Government-listed provider of Testing for International Travel, Test to
   Release and general community testing
 * Tests provided for Day 2 and Day 8.
 * These tests apply to unvaccinated arrivals into the UK. Unvaccinated means
   you have 1 dose of an approved vaccine, no doses, or have not been vaccinated
   in the approved list of countries. 
 * You will receive a signed certificate with each test result. It will have the
   lab information and the lead scientist's or medical doctor's signature.
 * First test must be done on or before Day 2. The day you arrive in the UK is
   classified as Day 0.
 * Second test must be done on or after Day 8. It cannot be done earlier.
 * Tests are sent to our UKAS-accredited laboratory using Royal Mail Tracked24.
   
 * Free shipping and pre-paid return shipping labels included.
 * Once you receive your test, you can register your details and test barcode on
   our web portal, before sending your sample back to the lab.
 * Dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24 if ordered before 5:30PM weekdays -
   orders placed after those times will dispatch the following day, excluding
   weekends. You may choose to upgrade delivery to Next Day or weekend delivery
   with DPD.
 * The cut off time for dispatch every day is 5:30pm. If you are ordering on the
   same day you are arriving to the UK and order after 5:30pm, then you order
   will be dispatched the following day. 
 * A usual 24 hour results turnaround or less from reaching the laboratory
   (please note this may take up to 48 hours in some instances)

Please note holiday period dispatch times. Affected period is 20 December 2021
to 4 January 2022. Click here for advice per day during that period.

* Please be aware that if Day 8 of your home quarantine falls on a Sunday you
may not receive your results until Day 11, due to the lack of a Royal Mail
delivery service.

** Please be aware that this service relies upon the Royal Mail and DPD for
delivery. This may result in delays in getting your results and therefore
lengthen home quarantine. 

*** Customers arriving on Saturdays and purchasing their kits the same day they
are arriving or after 15:00 on the preceding Friday will not have their kits
delivered until Tuesday due to the limitations with Royal Mail and no delivery
on Sundays. 

**** Please note we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles, or the
Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do ship to Scotland and Wales. Scotland
shipping is a 2-day service in some areas.

*Notes on Delivery timelines for specific areas. For any area not mentioned
