We use a very specialised planting technology developed by our Co-Founder and
President, Michael Freeman and his company Norseman. Sourcing the best seed from
our friends at Trilogene seeds, we direct seed our Hemp and cover it with a
special compostable biofilm. This film acts as a temporary greenhouse and gives
our little Hemp plants the best possible start in life.

OUR STORY



Bluestripe was founded in 2019 by two Kansas Farmers, a land owner and an
Australian machinery manufacturer. Following the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill
which legalized industrial hemp production in the USA, there was a dramatic
increase in planted hemp acres. This meant a nationwide lack of processing
capacity to extract the CBD from the harvested hemp biomass. With their unique
perspective of the US Hemp industry, the Bluestripe team built a business around
mobile extraction units, arriving on farm and extracting the CBD oil without the
CBD oil ever having to leave the farm.

In 2020 Bluestripe began formulating and wholesaling a suite of CBD products
through Pharmacy groups. These included tinctures, gummies and topical products
in T-Free and Full Spectrum formulations. Additionally, a range of Equine
supplements was developed and is distributed through Veterinary clinics and Feed
stores.

Bluestripe products are unique, being completely traceable from the point that
the seed is planted in the soil and progressing through crop management,
harvest, drying, processing and to the retail shelf.
