 * After a 10 year’s in Security Forces, Robert left the Air Force to pursue a
   Police & Security role at Veterans Health Indiana, Roudebush, Indianapolis
   VAMC

 * Served 6 years as a Federal Police Officer before pursuing and achieving a BA
   in Management Degree from IWU, creating a new opportunity to act as process
   improvement subject matter expert for the Hospital’s Surgery Service Value
   Stream expert at Indy VA

 * CLSSBB-Received Six Sigma Black Belt status and highly trained in lean
   methodology in 11/2018

 * Active in church and in the community with his family
