Please join us on 12/13 for our next IP & Patent Law Committee Meeting. We will
be joined by special guest Debbie Brenneman, of Thompson Hine, who will give a
presentation on trade secret litigation. Details about the speaker are below. 

Debbie Brenneman 

Debbie is a partner in Thompson Hine’s Labor & Employment and Business
Litigation practice groups. She represents management in all areas of employment
law, with a focus on trade secret and non-compete cases. She has a wealth of
experience in successfully litigating and resolving these matters in state and
federal courts across the country.

Her practice includes employment discrimination and wrongful discharge
litigation; restrictive covenants; fair labor standards; employment and
termination agreements; and commercial litigation.

She has been selected by peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for
5 years or longer and named a Best Lawyers 2024 "Lawyer of the Year"
(Cincinnati) in Labor and Employment Litigation.
