They've been converted into a new reward type, a voucher reward. We modified the Vans Family program to include voucher rewards in response to member feedback. To develop this new format for the Vans Family program, we first needed to convert your points into the voucher. You were notified via email. Note that only members with 500 or more points on 7/11/2023 qualified for a voucher. However, all members (regardless of point balance) are eligible to redeem an in-store reward in the program for free until 9/29 or while supplies last. One redemption per member; restrictions apply. In conjunction with this issuance of vouchers and free rewards, all points were reset. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHY IS MY VOUCHER BASED ON MY POINT BALANCE FROM 7/11/2023? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your voucher is based on your point balance from 7/11/2023 due to the processing time required to convert points into vouchers. Your account will be fully updated with any points you've earned since 7/11/2023 by 8/18/2023. This will automatically appear as a point adjustment in your account history. No action on your part is required. YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE POINTS EARNED SINCE 7/11/2023 EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT SHOWN IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT PRESENT. If you do not see points you earned since 7/11/2023 by 8/18/2023, please contact Customer Service at 833.652.3016 for help. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I RECEIVED A VOUCHER BUT NOTICED MY POINT BALANCE HASNT BEEN RESET. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We're working diligently behind the scenes to reset your points. (Unfortunately, its not as simple as flipping a switch!) While most points have been reset, if you're still seeing points in your balance that you earned prior to 7/11/2023, sit tight. No action on your part is required. The correct balance will be shown by no later than 8/4/2023. If you do not see the correct balance by that date, please contact Customer Service at 833.652.3016 for help. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT CAN I SPEND MY POINTS ON NOW? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We're sorry, but your points cannot be used during this transition. Coming soon, Vans Family will feature voucher rewards. Points earned since 7/11/2023 will be eligible for use on these voucher rewards once they're live, so definitely keep earning points! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHERE CAN I FIND MY VOUCHER? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you qualified to receive a voucher, you should have received an email at your Vans Family-associated email address alerting you to this update and directing you to your one-time reward voucher. You can see your voucher reward on your Vans Family Dashboard. Note that only members with 500 or more points on 7/11/2023 qualified for a voucher. The reward tile associated with the voucher will also disappear from your account once redeemed. This Vans Family Reward Voucher will expire on September 29th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST. So, make sure to use it by then! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To use your voucher, follow these steps: 1. Sign-In to your Vans Family account. (Complete Your Vans Family Profile using your Vans Family email address. Profile must be completed before you can redeem a voucher.) 2. Chose either the in-store OR vans.com voucher reward tile and follow the instructions to redeem. 3. If redeeming in-store, show the Vans store associate the reward tile at checkout and enter the store code they provide. Then click 'REDEEM'. 4. If redeeming in vans.com, you will receive your voucher code in an email after redeeming the reward tile. Enter this voucher code in the promo code field on the billing page. Please note that once you redeem either the in-store or vans.com reward tile, both tiles will disappear. This means you can only use the reward voucher in store or online based on your selection. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHERE CAN I USE MY VOUCHER? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can use your Vans Family Reward Voucher on Vans.com, the Vans Family app(enter the voucher code in the designated promo box just as you would on vans.com), or at any U.S. Vans store (retail or outlet). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CAN I USE MY VOUCHER WITH OTHER VANS PROMOTIONS? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes! The voucher is stackable with all other Vans prmotions and may be used with gift cards. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CAN I SPLIT MY VOUCHER INTO TWO OR MORE TRANSACTIONS? vans/plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No. The Vans Family Reward Voucher can only be used once, which means the total amount will be applied to that purchase (prior to sales tax/packing/shipping). If you didn't use the full value of the voucher on your purchase, any remaining value will be forfeited.
