    Love the sincere mentorship, our company director Azimah Isnin will
    personally coach and guide you along. You have access to a lot of resources
    to help you do well in this industry. The people are generally friendly and
    are always willing to lend a helping hand. Lots of travelling opportunities
    overseas (pre-COVID), I went to places like Taiwan, Bali, Bangkok, KL for
    recreation trips and office visits with the company. Transparent and fair
    career advancement criteria, and it's based on your performance. So if you
    are a person who is willing to work hard, you will get paid and rewarded
    accordingly. Benefited a lot from the training provided. I came in as a
    fresh graduate with no sales or leadership background. With the training
    provided, I've been able to bring in thousands of dollars for our MNC
    clients, with the matching commission too :) I've also learnt to work well
    with people.
    
    Cons
    
    It is performance-based so individuals who are seeking a simple job and are
    not willing to put in hard work and effort will not be able to thrive here.
    The environment was initially a bit of a culture shock, but I've grown to
    appreciate people greeting me in the morning, being friendly and sincerely
    helpful, compared to people just ignoring each other and focusing on their

    This is just another MLM company hiding behind a facade by falsifying itself
    as a "marketing" company. They will entice you with how much experience you
    can gain as a marketing personnel but in actual fact, all you do is promote
    an app to passerbys on the streets. Not to mention the daily debrief which
    feels like you have just signed up for a cult membership - occasionally
    having to chant "oOhhH yeSSsss" when the cult leader announces the agent
    with the highest sales for the day. Totally exhausting not because of the
    actual job scope but having to deal with nosey, clingy colleagues. All in
    all, this is an organisation focused at tricking people into working for
    them and trying to retain them with professional brainwashing. Highly not
    recommended unless you are pretentious by nature and feel zero remorse for
    making life miserable for the innocent people.
