INTERNAL MEDICINE / HOSPITALIST


DR. MANSOOR JATOI, DO

I fell in love with outpatient medicine when I did home visits for geriatric
patient’s in Tucson for a few years. I stopped this two years ago due to being
very busy with my inpatient responsibilities and growing in a leadership path.
My gripe with outpatient primary care is that I could never spend enough time
with our patient’s, pay my overhead and staff, and to where I felt the patient
was confident I addressed their concerns.

This is where Direct Primary Care fits in, I feel I can focus on a much smaller
population the way I feel is appropriate and dedicate the appropriate amount of
time in addressing all my patient’s concerns. I always have had a special place
for home visits, and it is why I make this a center piece of my Direct Primary
Care practice. Modern medicine, in a traditional setting, and treating patient’s
like family.

Dr. Jatoi Direct Primary Care may be for you. My primary focus is on you, the
patient, and your health without the influences of third parties. By removing
third parties, it allows my patient and I to develop a close relationship
without the constraints of a traditional insurance-based practice. It allows me
to spend the time that is needed with my patients. It allows me to communicate
with my patients directly via nontraditional means, cell phone, text, email, and
telemedicine. Most common primary care visits can be tended to without an in
person visit, traditional insurance based practices do not permit this type of
medicine.
