The Rocky Mountains are a beautiful backdrop to this historic lodge style hotel. Opened in 1939, the hotel has been completely remodeled to provide guests with clean and comfortable accommodations, while retaining the property’s authentic historic western charm. Enjoy the rustic chic offered in each of our rooms as you take in the beauty of Star Valley and Afton. Sit comfortably in a charming log beamed lobby, cozy up on the couch in front of our gas fireplace or enjoy a large table nearby for a family or group gathering. A variety of beautiful Western style rooms are available, with refrigerators, coffee, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and free onsite parking. Horseback riding, guided hunting trips, fishing, waterskiing, river rafting, golfing and many more activities are available outside of Colter’s Lodge! Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone National Parks are all easily accessible from your stay here in Star Valley.
