A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

In 1996, CASL co-founder John Walker recognised litigation was unfairly weighted
in favour of the party with the deepest pockets. So he set about levelling the
playing field by creating what is now a global litigation finance industry. Two
decades later, the CASL team adopt the same approach to find solutions for you.
