Hans was very nice, gave us the time we needed to check out the pianos, the
store itself is nice with many pianos to try and the prices are reasonable. The
piano arrived in 2 days after I bought, after a week it had some issues, not the
stores fault, possibly manufacturer issue but the store tech came out and fixed
it really quickly. Couldn't fault him or the owner. Look forward to the tuning
