HOW TO USE
Dot a little foundation where you need it most, usually your cheeks, nose and

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE :(
I have used this foundation for years & loved it. Now it has completely
changed and is absolutely horrible. Coverage is nowhere near as good & it
leaves me with patches of dry skin, which has never happened before. Boots
please sort this out!!!

AVOID LEAVES SKIN OILY AND PATCHY
I've been using no7 foundation for many years however this new formula is
just awful! It's patchy, alot thicker and leaves skin oily by mid day. The
spatula it comes with is useless too. If you are looking for a good quality
foundation then avoid this one. I will be looking at buying a different
brand in the future unless they bring back the old formula which was far
better.

AWFUL FOUNDATION, AVOID
I dont usually leave reviews or pay much notice in others reviews if I'm
honest, but please listen to all these reviews. I've used no7 beautifully
matt for quite a few years now, bought this to replace my last bottle and
its awful. The colour is rather orange, the spatula is rubbish, and as for
the coverage and wear it's awful, not the same coverage as before. My makeup
always lasted well before, but with this by lunchtime is patchy, orange and
looks rubbish. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Please bring back the last formula

TERRIBLE NEW FORMULA
Rarely give reviews, but this new No.7 formula is so bad I had to express my
disappointment. Like other customers I've been using the old formula for
years after having a skin tone match and was really happy with the
foundation. Loved the coverage, the tone and consistency. This new formula
has completely changed what was a very good foundation. My colour match was
warm ivory, this new formula has a ghastly yellow/orange tone, and don't get
me started on the awful spatula that has replaced the pump action of the old
bottle. I have to ask why change the formula and packaging, was it to
disguise the fact that you reduced the amount of foundation in the new
bottle. The old formula had 30ml, however the new formula has only 28ml, not
the 30ml that is listed above. Please please bring back the old formula and
packaging

AWFUL - BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA
The new formula is awful, changed completely. Tone is orange, patchy and
does not give the same coverage. Please listen to your customers and bring
the old formula back. Looking at all of the reviews please let us all know
this is possible! As a roseca and dermatitis sufferer, this was the only
foundation that covered all of this and I am absolutely gutted this formula
has changed, along with other 100s of customers in their reviews.
Please bring back the old!

AWFUL, LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVE
After having a consultation with a No7 makeup advisor, I've been using this
foundation in calico for a number of years now and I never bought anything
else. I was excited by the new bottle as a lot was wasted with the pump
(when it stopped dispensing I would break off the pump and use a q tip to
get much more out).
The new formula and shade is awful, so disappointing. Doesn't provide the
same coverage and it left my skin with a terrible yellow tone which made me
feel very self conscious. It's quite runny too, doesn't have the same
consistency. Will not be buying ever again unless Boots decide to go back to
the old formula and shade. Total waste of money and now i'm having to look
for a alternative brand. I'm afraid you've lost another loyal customer
Boots.

WHY CHANGE A PERFECTLY GOOD FOUNDATION???
Please boots bring back the old formula and old packaging, this is nowhere
near as good and my cool ivory shade which was perfect is not the same and
the packaging with scoop means you end up wasting a lot as can’t get to it
all, you got every last drop with the old pump style bottle ☹️

NEW FORMULA NOT GOOD
Ive been using the old formula for years......it was the perfect foundation
