For nearly 10 years, we have been campaigning passionately for a clean, safe,
fair, transparent and accountable fashion industry. We believe in a global
fashion industry that conserves and restores the environment and values people
over growth and profit.

GOOD CLOTHES, FAIR PAY

Good Clothes, Fair Pay was a campaign demanding living wage legislation across
the garment, textile and footwear sector. We needed one million signatures from
EU citizens to push for legislation that requires companies to conduct living
wage due diligence in their supply chains.

THE GOOD CLOTHES, FAIR PAY ECI CAMPAIGN HAS NOW ENDED, BUT THE FIGHT FOR LIVING
WAGES IS FAR FROM OVER.

For the last year, we have been campaigning for EU living wage legislation for
garment workers worldwide. In that time, we have more than 240'000 of EU
signatures, and countless more global citizens to share our cause.

Heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who signed your name or shared the
campaign. Thank you for standing in solidarity with the people who make our
clothes.

This may be the end of the campaign as a European Citizens’ Initiative, but it
is only the beginning of our continued fight to secure living wages for the
people who make our clothes - stay tuned!
