The one star review only references the lack of information regarding the
closing season.(apparently mid Dec.-mid Feb.) Wasn't shown on google(it showed
open on weekends) and on the website you could still purchase tickets for end of
december. So can't tell about the farm itself, just went there which was a waste
of time for apparent reason.

We had the most amazing experience at Fresopolis, the kids will never forget it.
The tractor ride was the highlight of the day. Food is home made and delicious.

We really enjoyed this adventure farm/finca. If you have little kids, you can
easily spend half a day at this place. All of the offered tours are worth the
money. We did the guided animal tour including feeding, pony riding and tractor
tour. They speak several languages and are very friendly. Besides the animals,
they also have a selfmade playground for the kids.

Awful experience Very poor. Website states over 200 animals to be seen- no idea
where they were hiding the rest, only saw a few goats, few sheep, 2 horses, 2
donkeys, many ducks/chickens and some Guinea pigs.

Also extremely disappointed with regards to one of the horses, he can be quite
nasty apparently, found out after he bit me that he was abused when little and
they are struggling to build up trust, personally I feel this horse shouldn’t be
within reach of people so freely. Yes there was 1 small sign to state to be
careful, but they weren’t very well advertised and were hidden at the time with
other people.

Also one of the donkeys was in very poor condition, it’s leg had an open wound
which didn’t look great and we all felt sorry for him.

We walked around in less than an hour and apart from walking in with the pigs
there wasn’t much to do. There was a park but which the kids enjoyed the most.
The lady at the desk seemed disappointed we were leaving so early, but what else
was there to do. The kids were bored.

We did go strawberry picking afterwards which was probably the best bit of the
farm.

Overall I would not visit again and I advise others not to. Very expensive for
what it was.

Place is nice food and stuff not so much The Place is very nice, especially for
families! It is well maintained and animals seem to be in good shape. We booked
entry and the tour through a ticket website and it didnt say that the last tour
starts at 11 hence we missed the tour. The staff was quite unfriendly telling us
that it obviously was not their fault that we didnt book through their Website
(What actually was true, but very impolite). That is just Not the way you treat
customers. To be fair i have to say that they gave us salad to feed the animals
for free to compensate. Anyways that did not make up for the unfriendly manner.
If you go to Fresopolis make sure to bring your own food. Food was absolutely
horrific! Especially the croquetas!

The farm is really cute and a great place to visit with kids. My daughter loved
checking out all the different plants and animals, particularly as we walked
around between 9-10 am before it got crowded. The detailed schedule of when the
activities happen is available on the booking page, but not posted at the farm.
If you book a special package (like the Ranchero, which says your child will get
to take care of the pony a little and get it ready for the day, or to go into
the other animal enclosures), be aware it doesn't reserve a spot for your child
to actually do that activity - it's available for a limited number of kids on a
first-come-first-serve basis or with the most aggressive/rude guardians. Because
of this, we arrived expecting to have a program for the day but were just a
little confused about what was happening at what time and where. I recommend if
you visit here to copy/paste the schedule you see on the booking page when you
click on a package but before you book, so that you will know when the different
activities are happening and be first in line for the ones that interest you
most.

FUN DAY AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE Amazing place! The staff were so accommodating, kind

The animals are so well looked after, it seems like lots of love given to the
animals a the place it self. really impecable , very pleasant to spend time
there. VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY!! well thought for the kiddos!! There is a guy, that
receives the guests and also gives the animals tour, I’ve asked his name he said
that his name is Klauss (apologies if I´ve misspelled) he is very helpful , kind
and pleasant person !! The only unpleasant thing was that the food truck´sa
employee, at first was not honest about how long it will take her to make the
mixture she was working on for the ¨gofre¨that she is selling there. she kept
saying in 10 minutes when it end uo to be about 45 minutes, we were with
toddlers, so if she were honest about how long its going to take we would have
made a move as the little ones needed their day tine sleep. However, we waited
... but what we got there, was anything but a gofre. i won't add much more,
since wouldn't like to make a stink out of it, I hope it can be taken as a
constructive criticism. The ice-cream was absolutely delicious! in the past we
also bought the wine, which also was very fine wine!!! We will be back for
sure!!! (but won't buy the ¨gofre¨LOL)

Perfect for all animal lovers

Visit our animals in their different corrals during a guided tour. Pet and feed,
learn all about the animal’s favourite food, their habits and how to interact
correctly with them. Hear funny little stories about animal behaviour and become
an Animalero – a real animal expert! After the tour, relax and spend more time
on our beautiful farm. Feel free to bring your own picnic and relax under our
shady trees. The Day Pass with all its features is included in the Animalero

Granjero

Perfect for animal lovers & nature explorers

Come and visit us in our fruit and vegetable fields and find out which
vegetables/fruits are in season. Meanwhile, you can try everything you find,
according to the motto “all you can eat”.
Or would you prefer a small picnic with fresh fruit and vegetables?
Harvest 2-3kg of vegetables, which you can have prepared by us and enjoy fresh
from the plancha.

Ranchero

Perfect for animal lovers, pony & tractor fans

Combine your Animalero tour through our animal enclosures with a tractor
excursion and let our farmer-chef Victor drive you across the fields of
Fresopolis. Afterwards, you can find a cosy spot on our farm and enjoy our
degustation brunch. The Ranchero package includes all the activities of the Day

On our children’s farm, we also have many animals who came to us thanks to our
local animal rescue programme. We help them recover from an unfortunate past.
These animals deserve a tender and loving treatment from all of us. The direct
contact with them, furthermore, encourages empathy, social competence and a
sense of responsibility in our little ones. It is, by the way, a wonderful
experience and a valuable gift that any child is grateful for. In order to help
as many of them and to attend to their special needs, we invite animal lovers to

FAQ

1. Is there a restaurant on the farm?


No, currently we do not provide any food options on the farm. Instead, we invite
our guests to bring their own picnic to enjoy it below our shady trees. You can
top it with one of our fresh Mallorca wines from our little bodega and other
local products such as fresh cheese, fruits or our delicious strawberry ice
cream from our farm shop.

2. Can I bring my own food/drinks?


Yes, you can. Currently, we offer the possibility to enjoy your own picnic at
the farm. In our little bodega, you’ll find the fitting wine, fresh cheese,
fruit, milk and even delicious strawberry ice cream made out of our own berries!

3. Do I have to make a reservation or booking?


No, it is not obligatory to make a booking for any of our attractions. However,
due to limited capacities, we highly recommend to book in advance, especially
for activities between 10:30 am and 01:00 pm in the following cases:

 * If you wish to attend our guided animal tour at a specific time
 * If you wish to attend a workshop within our ‘Granjero Experience’ at a
   certain hour
 * If you wish to participate in one of our extraordinary/seasonal workshops
 * If you wish to enjoy a pony riding session at a specific hour within our
   program ‘Ranchero Experience’

For strawberry picking, flower picking and selecting herbs in our herb garden,
there’s no need to book.

4. Is it possible to visit our family farm with a school class?


Yes, it is. If you wish to visit our farm with your school class, please contact
us via email to info@fresopolis-mallorca.com or WhatsApp to +34 634 326 022.

5. Is the children’s farm / strawberry field open all year round?


Our family farm is open throughout the year. Our strawberry fields are also open
all year round, however, our picking season starts in late May and can continue
as late as September if the climate is mild.

6. What types of products are available at your farm?


Depending on the season, you can stock up with fresh courgettes, cucumber,
tomatoes, potatoes, water melon, pepper, pumpkins and of course, fresh
strawberries, culinary and healing herbs and flowers. Also find fresh fruit,
cheese and milk and our delicious strawberry ice cream made out of our own
berries in our farm shop. In our fine, small bodega we also offer a good
selection of Mallorca wines (red, rosé and white) of our own wine brand ¡Viva la
Vida!
