double-welded joints is built for transporting large appliances from
refrigerators to air conditioners. It can quickly convert from a 2-wheel stair
climbing hand truck to a stable 4-wheel incline truck to adapt to various
environments. Smoot-rolling and continuous belt-stair climbers. Strong 2" x 14'
nylon belt won't scratch load surfaces. Positive ratchet assembly assures secure
load. Non-marring rubber on all contact surfaces. Easy-rolling ball bearing
wheels. Unique quick release converts truck from a maneuverable 2-wheel mode to

   I give the hand truck 5 stars for fit and finish. How ever in performance I
   would have to give it 1 star. On the very first item moved one of the primary
   wheels cracked and started working off the bearing which sidelined the dolly.
   No damage was noticed during unpacking but to be honest the wheels weren't
   inspected that close. I will be contacting Global tomorrow to see if a
   replace wheel is available.

   It's heavy, if you use this for appliance deliveries the extra set of
   wheels/frame makes it heavier than normal dollies. Just something to keep in
   mind whilst searching for the perfect tool for a delicate job! Other than
   that, product is functional and does what's advertised.

   As shown in the ordering process. Timely shipment. Well packaged for delivery
   and shipping. Only fualt was the cotter pin was too weak on the ratchet
   system and sheared at first use. Easily replaced in the middle of the job by
   going to Lowes, but a design issue. The truck with the 1000# curb ramp did
   the trick once for moving fireproof cabinets.

   The equipment is wonderful. It helps protect me in lifting and moving HVAC
   units and various appliances on a daily basis. The delivery process could use
   some work. The information provided online to track my hand truck was not in
   line with the actual location of the unit. It took almost two weeks to
   receive delivery of my equipment with no heads up, phone call or other type
   of notification prior to showing up.

   I was very pleased with the quick service And the way it was shipped. I have
   moved two safes with it. One was 800 pounds and the other just under a 1000
   pounds. Had to block the wheels to pull it back but once back very easy to
   handle. Happy with my purchase.

 * Although this has a max weight capacity of 1200 pounds, I am assuming this
   weight can be carried on the tilted angle. What is the safest or max height
   of the load to be carried? We have some cabinets that are 75" tall and very
   top heavy, but are well below the 1200lb weight.

      Hello, while the weight capacity will support the cabinets, it is
      recommended that cabinets of that height be monitored while being
      transported with the hand truck in question. Thank you for your question.

 * I also have a bad rear wheel. Can you provide the part number for rear
   wheels? (3.5" diameter with plate 2.28x2.75) Customer Service didn't know
