 * ALWAYS CHECK HERE FOR THE LATEST VERSIONS OF FILES:  All file updates are
   ONLY applied to the UPDATES page until a new tape version is cut. Please
   check the UPDATES page to see if your FILE NUMBER has been updated since the
   last "Version Cut" of the CBT Tape. If your file number is NOT on UPDATES,
   ONLY THEN should you download it from the CBT subdirectory. Don't download a
   back-level file unnecessarily.
