pilates & strength classes in our gym to help you move and become stronger.

BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Breathwork sessions are guided by a certified facilitator who will help you
explore different breathing patterns. Breathwork helps release toxins from the
body, elevates mood, helps with pain and inflammation in the body and has a
positive impact on the central nervous system. Improved sleep and immune system,
stronger respiratory function, reduced PTSD and feelings of trauma and balanced
blood pressure are all positive benefits of Breathwork.
