transformation in our athletes. Led by  my coaching known for its unwavering

I believe in tough coaching, but not at the expense of a child’s mental health.
The journey to excellence is both physical and mental, requiring a balance of
rigorous training and empathetic support. I use skill-building exercises to lay
a solid foundation, focusing on skating mechanics vital for hockey players. My
intensity is matched by my understanding that each athlete’s mental health is
paramount. At Apex Power Edge, I’m passionate about providing a unique and
innovative opportunity for your athlete to gain their edge - with a holistic
approach.



INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR UNMATCHED PERFORMANCE

My coaching is rooted in the latest sports science, ensuring that every athlete
benefits from power skating methods that are both cutting-edge and proven. I’m 
intense, yes, but my intensity comes from a place of wanting to see every
athlete succeed and break through their barriers. I specialize in:



    •    Skating Mechanics: The cornerstone of any ice sport, I delve deep into
the biomechanics of skating to enhance performance and efficiency.

    •    Skill Building: From skating basics to advanced skating techniques, my
comprehensive skill-building regimen ensures a solid  skating foundation for
every athlete.

    •    Mental Resilience: Recognizing the mental challenges of competitive
sports, I incorporate strategies to build mental strength and resilience.

are challenging, fun and help me  execute at high levels. She reinforces basics

better.
