The WCCAP is a facility at the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research in
cooperation with the
Federal Environment Agency of Germany and the World Meteorological Organization
(WMO). The
WCCAP is funded by the Environment Agency of Germany as well as by scientific
projects.
