but a little inexperienced but that was okay. As we do not have a clean out plug
as the stupid plumber who did the plumbing when we remodeled did not install one

kitchen drain, or the toilet. Edward chose the toilet which turned out to be the
correct one as the blockage was due to roots and he had to use the large drain

I noticed a leak in our hot water heater around noon. When we got home in the
evening, it was still leaking. Realizing we needed it to be fixed asap, we
called a few different places. I figured Goettl would be expensive but I just

Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler
Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He
cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and
replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the
next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The
next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then
cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work
involved.Very professional work.

Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning
as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he
did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed

Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through
another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am
so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm
the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who
my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional
and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to
make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after
the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly
communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. A+++ service and
Jesus did an amazing job. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in
the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the

My technician Jorge (George) Gutierrez was out today performing the a/c system
check. He did a fabulous job and identified significant issues and concerns for
the longevity of my current 12 year old system. He was very knowledgeable and
helpful on what my options are and in the end I’ll be getting a new system
instead of worrying about the current system failing in our extremely hot
temperatures. He was very respectful of my home and my dog was ecstatic to meet
him.

Frank identified the need for new faucets in the master bath and discussed my
preferences. The type of faucet being replaced is no longer available (mini wide
spread) so he had to do some research to come up with a solution. Had to be
ordered, not surprisingly, and we appreciate his conscientious performance.

his expertise recommendation and advice on what to do to have my AC furnace and

Signed up for the Sadie membership as a a preventative measure to avoid bigger
problems down the line. Had my appointment to check my system today and to my
surprise the tech discovered a huge gash in my ductwork! Thankfully so because
the ductwork up there is a very tight space which I could never squeeze myself
into and would’ve gone unnoticed for who knows how long. Huge thank you to
Technician Roy Adame for making the trip out on a Saturday afternoon, going the
extra mile to fully inspect the system in a tight space, and fully explaining
the possible causes of the damage and the impact it would on the system
performance. 🙏🏼🤙🏼🫡👏🏼🙂
