The firm originates, structures and places primary market transactions for
corporate issuers located in Latin America in need of hard currency financing
via debt capital markets. We mainly specialise in mid-market-sized transactions
in the energy and commodities sector.


MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

The firm’s local market expertise and its group’s presence in the region
positions us to better advise international investors looking for opportunities
within Latin America.

We advise companies that are either looking to expand their existing business
through a potential acquisition or are seeking representation on the sale of an
existing business.


PROJECT FINANCE

We advise and arrange project financing throughout Latin America, mainly in
sectors such as oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, power and renewables.
