FlyAhead


 

Introducing ‘FlyAhead’, a service that promises convenience, flexibility and
comfort. With the ‘FlyAhead’ service, guests wishing to take an earlier flight
will be able to seamlessly opt for this facility on direct flights by contacting
our staff at the Airport Counters. Guests who reach the airport six hours or
more prior to their scheduled flight departure, can opt for the FlyAhead
service, subject to the flight load.
 
The ‘FlyAhead’ service has been launched for a nominal fee of ₹1,500. A change
fee of ₹3,000 and fare difference applicable would be waived for all guests
opting for the FlyAhead service. Guests booked to travel on Corporate and SME
fares can opt for this service at a reduced fee of ₹500.

How do I avail FlyAhead?
1. Reach airport 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure
2. Reach out to our staff at the airport counter to check for earlier flights
3. Choose an earlier flight within the
6 hr window
4. Pay a nominal fee of ₹1500




TERMS & CONDITIONS

 * 1. Guests can avail this service at the airport, with their physical presence
   being mandatory.
 * 2. This service is valid for guests who reach the airport at least 6 hrs
   before their scheduled flight departure time.
 * 3. Guests can request for this service only at the Airline ticket counters at
   the respective airport.
 * 4. The Service is applicable on direct flights only (not applicable on
   via/connecting flights).
 * 5. Sector change under this offer/service is not allowed.
 * 6. Under this service passengers can only advance their flight and are not
   allowed to postpone flights.
 * 7. The time difference between the desired flight and the booked flight
   should be a maximum of 6 hours, this means if the original flight booked is
   at 1600 hours, then this flight can be advanced to a flight which is
   departing at or before 1000 hours. The basis to calculate the difference of 6
   hours, has to be between the departure time of the original flight and the
   desired flight and not on the basis of the guest’s reporting time.
 * 8. The Service will be confirmed only 75 minutes before the departure of the
   desired flight subject to the availability of seats.
 * 9. The service is not available for group bookings.
 * 10. To be eligible for the FlyAhead service, guests are required to comply
   with check-in times for the earlier flight.
 * 11. Any Meals pre booked or as a part of fare entitlement or under add-on
   packs shall be provided with Ready To Eat items onboard subject to
   availability as a service recovery option under the FlyAhead product and no
   refunds shall be processed for the same.
 * 12. Add-on service requests such as seat, baggage and Xpress Ahead priority
   are subject to availability at the time of purchase of FlyAhead product.
 * 13. In case the original flight is full, the guest needs to be advised that
   these changes are voluntary and non reversible and for any change thereafter
   standard change policy shall be applicable.
 * 14. Incase of the original flight is full guest needs to be advised that

 * 15. FlyAhead is applicable only on the airline’s i5 domestic flights in
   India.
