studies. Contracting opportunities for our vivarium and experienced staff are
also available for companies outside of those utilizing our incubator space
within our facility.

Our team also manages facility operations and maintenance, security, purchasing,
and receiving. This allows our tenants to be highly productive and efficient
from day one in our facility and as they navigate the drug development
