ABOUT US

mevvn, LLC provides management consulting services to support organizational
leaders in nonprofits, startups and small businesses. We use an “outside-in”
approach to personalize organizational design work by focusing on building or
upgrading systems, implementing change management, deepening organizational
culture through values and operational alignment and centering people. 

The future workplace is changing fast and will continue to do so at an
accelerated pace given everything that is happening with a rapidly changing
workforce. We thrive in the space where leaders are imagining or reimagining
their organizations, seeking to transform the workplace for their employees and
positively impacting the communities they serve.

We know client goals and objectives can only be realized when the right systems
and processes are in place to create an environment for success and team members
understand their purpose and are empowered to unleash their skills and powers to
do their best work. We design and implement an outside-in approach to
personalizing policies, practices and procedures to reflect an organization’s
evolving culture and values. We do this by understanding the components of a
successful organization and rowing towards them.

A paradigm shift is needed to reflect the future world of work. The foundation
is how to successfully intersect employee life journeys with that of an
organization in order to create meaningful workplaces and organizational
success.
