FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

Enable hand tracking to use all the features.

First of all, please enable “Hand Tracking” in the Oculus settings. Next, put
the controllers out of sight or place them so that the Quest 2 ring is facing
down. Following this, your hands should be automatically detected in front of
the camera and should glow “purple”.

Hand tracking is not detected correctly?

Please take care of optimal lighting conditions in your environment. Too much
direct sunlight (look at a window) or too dark an environment will massively
affect hand tracking.

Can i use my own Midi Files?

You have the possibility to use your own Midi files. To do this, simply create a
folder called “Soundela” on your Oculus Quest and drag the Midi-file of your
choice into it. The Song will then displayed under the “Custom Files” Section in
the Song List Screen.

Calibrate your piano properly to enjoy the learning experience

When starting the application, you have to calibrate your piano at the
beginning. We have provided a 4-step guide and a small help animation for this.
Follow the instructions as given. Afterwards there is a fine tuning to place the
“layout” optimally on your physical piano.

Can i use Controller and Handtracking?

Yes, you have the choice to use both variants.

How to make a midi connection with my piano

You have several ways to connect the app. Option 1: USB cable With this option,
you connect a USB-B cable to USB-C from your piano directly to your headset.
Normally this would be for example a cable like this (https://amzn.to/3Exp8Ja).
If you have any problems with any of these options, please contact us at any
time: customer.soundela@gmail.com
