WELCOME TO MINDFUL BODY WORKS

We offer full time occupational therapy services at our consulting rooms based
in the newly established Life Brackenview Hospital in Alberton, Gauteng. Our
main focus is on enabling people with disabilities and illnesses to develop the
skills and healing required in order to live their most functional, independent
and fulfilling life.

As we branch out our services, we help individuals, businesses and the community
to become the best versions of themselves and function optimally, despite the
various challenges they may encounter or illnesses they may endure.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE


WHAT WE OFFER


In-hospital group & individual services


In-hospital group and individual services focused on self awareness, emotional
regulation, stress management, relationships, interpersonal skills, relapse
prevention, creative exptression, balanced lifestyle, cognitive rehabilitation,
perceptual skills, activities health, time management, spiritual growth and
study skills.

Ongoing out-patient support groups


Ongoing out-patient support groups for people suffering from mental illnesses
such as depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar mood
disorder, dementia, OCD, borderline personality disorder and more.

MINDFUL BODY WORKS OFFERS INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION AND ADMINISTRATION DURING
NORMAL OFFICE HOURS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.00 TO 17:00 AND ONGOING SUPPORT AND
IN-PATIENT HOSPITAL BASED GROUPS FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY, INCLUDING PREARRANGED
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR APPOINTMENTS.
