purchase from an independent community stylist (each, a "Community Stylist" and
collectively "Community Stylists"), or otherwise contact us, as well as how we

visit to or purchase from one of our retail locations signifies your assent to

address, payment card information, phone number, birthdate, account user name

* Community Stylists: When you make a purchase directly from one of our
Community Stylists, you agree to share your personal information with both
the Community Stylist and Kendra Scott to process your order and for other

We may use cookies, pixel tags, or other technologies to automatically or
passively collect certain information for online and offline marketing purposes

applicable), and the sales volume associated with your purchase (where

or provide information to law enforcement or regulatory agencies or in

permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (5) as described to you

Kendra Scott may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of our
business. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we
have collected about you may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any
bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such
information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to
third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable

PREFERRED PROVIDERS
We may contract with Preferred Providers to perform functions related to the
