Other pants are so restrictive for my full range of lunging and man
spreading. Not with these pants! I'm officially living up to my full
potential and the stretchy fabric never loses its shape and it is very

Since 2012, I've worn hybrid shorts exclusively. Hybrid meaning - board short
material made with fly, pockets and belt loops. They were the most
comfortable 4-way stretch, light and breathable and quick drying. I decided
in March 2021 to update one pair of shorts to wear at the gym. I got the Zero
Dark 30's and Deer Hunters. I'm 5'10", 180lbs and I got the size M, 7"
length. I put them on, and ordered almost every other pair in that size I
could since then. I love the side pockets that fit all my daily stuff. Wallet
in the left, keys on the right. My massive iPhone 11 Pro Max fits nicely in
the pocket, my pocketknife wits just right in the left front pocket. And the
underwear never rides up. For nearly 30 years, I've adjusted my underwear all
day every day. Until I got Birddogs. I swear by them, I wear them every day.
And recommend them to everyone. The joggers are just as good. I'm wearing
them now.

I love Birddogs shorts! I wear them during the day to run errands, do yard
work, etc, then I can wear them to play volleyball in the evenings. I used to
have to change shorts a time or two during the day. They are also great
lounge wear for hanging around the house. I call them my "day-jamas".

I kept seeing the Facebook ads for them saw them on some of my friends and
decided to try them out. They're cut perfect for whatever length you want.
Don't ride up probably due to the built in underwear / liner. Not too tight
not too loose they're literal perfection.
