It was great to find antenatal classes that are midwife ran - Gemma who does the

sessions fun. Have finished the course feeling a lot more confident and
informed.

A great experience Freya is the friendly, approachable guide you need to
navigate the questions and fears around pregnancy, birth and beyond. She cares
beyond your sessions and the groups help you feel less alone through your
journey. I would recommend her to anyone :-)

A great experience Freya is the friendly, approachable guide you need to
navigate the questions and fears around pregnancy, birth and beyond. She cares
beyond your sessions and the groups help you feel less alone through your
journey. I would recommend her to anyone :-)

My wife and I are about 2 weeks away from our due date, and I feel reasonably
confident now...all thanks to Freya and her classes. I cannot imagine why I was
foolish enough to think I could go in blind! I learnt more than I ever expected,
and enjoyed every session. Freya is wonderfully knowledgeable and so willing to
help. I strongly recommend for any first time parents.

Freya is brilliant Freya is brilliant! As a first time mom to be, who was
completely unprepared going into this pregnancy Freya has made me feel calm, and
understand pregnancy and beyond. I would not know barely anything without the
classes. No question was ever too silly, and you are able to be yourself. I

Really enjoyed the classes - the videos offered a really good overview and then
Gem added lots of great practical advice and updated info, and was very generous
in sharing her experience as both a midwife and a mum. Lovely to spend some time
with other expecting parents too!
