   said, was polite and courteous.
   Pricing was fine, you get what you pay for , so it's fair by me. He was easy
   to chat with and did a great job. Would recommend for all projects re: locks

   Not only does Kevin give Phenomenal Customer Service, the quality of his work

   Five-star service from Kevin at Bill's Lock & Key. Kevin was kind,
   personable, and respectful. He explained his plan before starting, and gave
   us several options for re-keying to suit our needs. Kevin worked quickly and
   cheerfully. We never felt uncomfortable.
   
   Kevin clearly cares about the quality of his work. They do accept credit
   card. Price was entirely reasonable and work was prompt and fast. We will
   gladly call Bill's Lock & Key if we need them in the future. Thank you Kevin.

   I don't Yelp much and even less for vendors that I don't have significant
   relationships with, but this place is an exception. Called Bill's Lock today
   after losing the only electronic key fob to my car. Spoke with Kevin, and I
   fully agree with other reviewers that he is very courteous and professional.
   Kevin was apologetic when he let me know that he was unable to help me with
   replacing my car key fob, instead he referred me to another business who
   could assist with my problem, and gave me their contact information. In my
   experience, when a small business that takes time and energy to help someone
   who isn't going to be a customer, it is a strong indicator of a ethical and
   customer-focused company. You can rest assured that Bill's Locks will be my
   first call for any future locksmithing needs (except lost auto key fobs).

   Bill's Locksmith has MOVED!
   
   There was no sign in the window when I went, but a Yelp'er sent me a message.
   
   Will update with details as they come in...
   
   Bill's Locksmith is one of the few actual locksmith's in the area. Always
   accommodating, polite and processional. I have been going there for years and
   never had a problem with the work.

   A classic family locksmith whose owner has a super sense of humor. Fast,
   efficient and totally professional. This is the type of place you want to
   support. Great, accessible location. Take the extra trip to Bill's Lock & Key
   instead of going to Home Depot or Lowes. You'll feel better and safer!

   Just moved into a new home in Wakefield and had Bill's come to re-key our
   locks. The price came in exactly as quoted, they showed up on time and were
   really courteous. Would definitely use them again.

   Bill's Lock has NOT closed - only closed doors on North Ave .... Kevin was
   super responsive and quickly/efficiently re-keyed the locks in my home in
   early April.

   The North Ave Location has closed, but as you can see they have a location on
   Lowell St in Wakefield. Kevin Blois is now the owner as Bill Coscia has
   retired, but I assure you that since Kevin has been associated with the
   business for as long as I can remember you will continue to receive the high
   level of service you are used to. I have used Kevin for everything from
   re-keying cheap locks up to safe work, and it has always been done
   professionally and at a reasonable fee.
